I’m Jan (qrzn23). I build small tools, write essays, collect recipes, and think too hard about things that don’t pay well. One ongoing thread is Xenotheric, a Metroid-inspired platformer in Godot 4 — movement feel over everything.

I draw from Daoism, occult philosophy, and whatever makes the cursor move faster. I care about UX that gets out of the way, reproducible builds, and food that rewards the effort.
